Site construction civil engineer for GE Power plant (Exp 10 to 15 Yrs)

Experience of GE Power Plants.

Key tasks of the job include:

managing parts of construction projects
overseeing building work
undertaking surveys
setting out sites and organising facilities
checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
supervising contracted staff
ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
providing technical advice and solving problems on site
preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to

Currently, We are looking Professional for the suitable Position of "Civil Engineer" for Building (Govt. Project) for Bangalore location.

- An Incumbent passionate Civil Engineer with 9 Years

+ experience minimum will have to execute the Day to Day Construction priorities as set in the Project. 

- Job Includes aggressive follow up from PETI/SUB CONTRACTORS, CIVIL LABORS, TECHNICIANS,SUPPORT STAFF.

- Another Major responsibilities includes CLIENT BILLING. 

- Must have Knowledge of Execution, BBS Preparation, RATE SCHEDULES, Able Trouble shooter with day to day query handling, problem solving acumen.

- Candidate will have to Assist Project Manager and Corporate team for timely correspondence & Laisoning,dealing with clients,outside governing authorities , Govt bodies, Authorities for PERMISSIONS, PLAN APPROVALS, etc.

- Graduation in BE/ B.Tech from recognized University.
